Just 20 minutes from Sisteron and the Monges mountains, 35 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon, 30 minutes from the Méouge Gorges, and 45 minutes from the Colorado Provençal, our location is ideal.
1 hour from Digne-les-Bains and the Luberon, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Ubaye Valley, 1 hour 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Montclar and Pra-Loup, and Aix-en-Provence and the gateway to the French Riviera, it is the perfect base for exploring the rich landscapes of Provence: lavender fields, alpine ridges, hilltop villages, scenic roads, spectacular gorges (Méouge and Verdon) and legendary routes such as the Route Napoléon, while remaining far from the tourist crowds.
Whether you are passionate about hiking, cycling, biking, motorcycling (we are a popular motorcycle stopover and have secure parking), pilgrimage on the Way of St. James, nature activities, or simply looking for a quiet place to recharge your batteries, you will find the Maison des Hôtes to be the perfect starting point.
And if rest is your priority, you can simply relax by our swimming pool, open from May to October, in the heart of the garden.
Gourmet meals
When it comes to dining, we offer home-cooked meals in the spirit of a table d’hôte / inn, with locally sourced, gourmet, homemade cuisine, combining French cuisine, flavors of the world, fresh produce, herbs from the garden, and inspiration of the moment.
Our menus can be adapted to all dietary requirements: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, healthy food, light cuisine, or more comforting dishes. Here, we cook with pleasure, generosity, and love, to delight the taste buds and respect everyone.
Our restaurant is open to all, welcoming, family-friendly, and gay friendly, with a warm atmosphere where you can take the time to relax, breathe, and savor Provence in a different way.
